This is actually a good idea of turning something public into a private use. Just a few little description of unaware utilities turned them into piece of art. For me, i wonder if everything are piece of art? Just a little trick applied but people already took these stuff seriously, perception were being challenged. What if this kind of public art work or even activity performed in Hong Kong? They would probably get caught and accuse for vandalism which is pretty sad for the future of art in Hong Kong.
